Community Will Pack

The Community Will Pack is provided through The Hub / Free Public Advocacy Services (FPAS).The pack has been designed to help people record their wishes in a practical and accessible way and includes:

Please read through the guidance pages first, then complete the sections of the will that apply to you and reflect your own wishes and decisions.

Once completed, the will should be printed and signed in the presence of two independent witnesses, who must also sign the document at the same time.

After signing, the original should be stored somewhere safe and at least one trusted person should be told where it is kept.

The Hub / FPAS act as access facilitators and can assist with practical questions about how the process works, but cannot provide legal advice.

If your situation is more complex, or if you feel unsure at any stage, legal advice is recommended.
