Free Public Advocacy Service (FPAS) is a community based charity which helps people to be come aware of their rights. We aim to help clients from completing forms to attending meetings as an advocate.
An opportunity has become available for an Admin Assistant. Your responsibilities would include working with Carol, the founder of FPAS, as well as the Secretary and Treasurer, as needed. You would answer and return phone calls, update client files, prepare documents. Having your own laptop is preferable, but not required.
You will also be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and have a police check.
Tasks and responsibilities

The role is located in Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand and the hours are based on your availability and other factors.
